Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, Qatar’s largest wellness destination, is setting the benchmark in Qatar and the wider region as the first and only full-immersion resort in the Middle East. Playing an integral role in promoting the resort’s wellness approach and philosophy, Raluca Tuturman, Director of Sales and Marketing at Zulal Wellness Resort elaborates on the importance of investing in employee’s wellbeing after a period this year that witnessed most employees working from home, and the importance of rebuilding trust and communication within the organisation.


With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Tuturman has been shaping Zulal Wellness Resort’s bespoke corporate wellness journeys and retreats in preparation of opening the resort. Prior to joining the team, she worked as Director of Sales and Marketing at prominent luxury properties across the GCC.


Zulal Wellness Resort is set to deliver tailored wellness therapies incorporating Traditional Arabic and Islamic Medicine as well as unique meetings and workshops under the theme of corporate wellness.
