As January ushers in a season of renewal and resolutions, Tribeca Market at Waldorf Astoria Doha, West Bay advocates a focus on personal, planetary, and financial well-being with its vibrant Veganuary initiative, "Super Natural." Embracing the spirit of change and healthier choices, this gourmet food emporium invites patrons to explore an exciting vegan menu and zero-cocktail drinks.

Tribeca Market, reminiscent of New York's bustling streets, redefining classics with a contemporary twist to create beautifully presented vegan dishes. Enjoy Vegan Tasters such as Crisp Nori, ginger & no toro, Crushed Avocado and Pico de Gallo with corn or a Coconut Truffle froth with green asparagus and coriander granita. Discover Asian dishes from Crystal spinach dumpling with spring onion, smoked charcoal emulsion and paprika oil to a selection of Garden Dimsum. Opt for a vibrant Beetroot risotto with pears and kaffir lime or a Tumeric Tortellini with mushroom and nut granola.

Sweeten the experience with a Stewed Pineapple, coconut pudding and vanilla papaya puree or finish your meal with the Broken Blueberry tart with iced mango and lemon jelly drops.
