THE RISING VALUE OF NİŞANTAŞI- THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES, ISTANBUL

Alongside its value-added real estate and tourism investments in Turkey and its pioneering international projects, Bilgili Holding is combining decades of experience, meticulous craftsmanship, and modern technology into a wonder of Turkish architecture in Nişantaşı: The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul.

Bilgili Holding, which for years has reinvigorated historical buildings through its restoration projects, is bringing yet another building to life, this time in Nişantaşı. Originally designed through an architectural partnership between Tekeli and Sisa, the project combines modern technology with contemporary design and will become reborn as The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul will be perfectly situated for residents to enjoy the city’s lavish neighborhood of Nişantaşı, which already hosts world-famous brands and restaurants and attracts widespread attention due to its deep-rooted history.

Designed by Tanju Özelgin, the founder of TO Design Studio, with the interior concept designed by Mahmut Anlar's firm Geo_ID, a sculpture made by Özelgin located at the entrance of the building, inspires curiosity as a harbinger of the elegant atmosphere inside. The lobby will serve as a versatile space that functions both as a waiting area and a desirable meeting point.

The project aims to provide services that maximize homeowners’ comfort and convenience, offering them a luxury hotel experience at home. Residents’ personal and professional lives are made easier with 24/7 concierge and valet service, while children’s playgrounds and pet care services enhance family life, too. The brasserie provides a great place to spend time with friends, while amenities like the private cinema, art workshops, gym, spa and massage, home cleaning, and dry-cleaning services bring the hotel experience into the comfort of residents’ homes.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Istanbul, with its contemporary, dynamic facade, are slated to feature 31 unique types of residential units. From 1+1 to 4+1 units, garden duplexes to penthouses, an anticipated 121 units will be spread across 22 floors.
