At Sun Siyam Iru Veli, there are 125 spacious over-water and beach-facing villas. Each sun-drizzled villa, ranging in size from 93 to 393 square meters and accommodating between three and six adults, has its own pools, freestanding bathtubs, and king beds, while floor-to-ceiling glass doors and outdoor bathrooms ensure plenty of natural light. A minibar, satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, plush bathrobes, sun loungers, and tea and coffee makers are also available in the rooms or villas.

Aqua Orange, the main buffet restaurant, offers fresh, seasonal flavors on its daily-changing menu. For breakfast at Aqua Orange, entire stations are dedicated to rainbow-hued tropical fruit, delicate pastries, and fragrant local specialties. Overall, there is something delicious about every meal, from the Maldivian curries bursting with spice to the perfectly grilled seafood. On a personal level, we enjoyed two unique dining experiences during our stay. One of them was the Floating Delight Experience. It was a truly indulgent experience to receive a floating tray of gourmet treats on the private beach or in our villa any time of the day. The other stunning experience was the Private Lagoon Breakfast—a tranquil experience that combined the serenity of the ocean with utmost privacy right at the shore in front of your villa.

Ocean Spa, perched over the lagoon, offers a tranquil escape with its eight over-water pavilions for those who are a bit stressed. The five-star spa offers flower-filled baths, hydrotherapy pools, steam rooms, and a sauna to soothe the mind, body, and soul. We also embarked on the "Castaway" excursion, which provided a blissful afternoon of snorkeling, water games, and a delicious lunch on a secluded sandbank.
