Corinthia Yacht Club is pleased to announce its latest offerings, from a beautifully curated Iftar set menu to a delicious Suhour à la carte menu, and a magical Suhour Night Tea, in celebration of Ramadan. All three menus will be offered to guests throughout the holy month, where guests are invited to indulge in an atmosphere of tranquillity and elegance.
This Ramadan, guests will be able to break their fast with Corinthia Yacht Club’s Iftar which offers a selection of renowned Arabic dishes and desserts, from the traditional Fattoush to deliciously grilled meats, a selection of pastas as well as rice, before ending it on a sweet note with traditional desserts like Kunafa, Baklava, and Cheesecake.
Additionally, guests can enjoy their Ramadan nights with a Suhour à la carte menu, available for non-members, enabling them to create their own pre-dawn meal. The menu includes an array of dishes from appetizers, soups, sandwiches, and freshly prepared desserts.
Guests are also invited to indulge in a Suhour Night Tea with Arabic touches that promise an exquisite journey of flavours, featuring aesthetic cakes, a selection of Arabic sweets, and impeccable service. In addition to the delectable tea offering, it will also offer a sparkling option as an add-on, providing guests with an opportunity to elevate their Suhour experience. Our British Chef Bijendra Yadav with a rich background in crafting high tea experiences at renowned London establishments like The Savoy, and The Park Lane Hotel, brings unparalleled expertise to Corinthia Yacht Club. Drawing from this illustrious experience, Chef Bijendra emphasises the importance of unwavering consistency in the precise art patisserie.

The Suhour Night Tea menu showcases meticulous preparation, from sandwiches featuring Scottish Smoked Salmon on rye to Turkey Ham on fennel bread. The baking precision extends to traditional plain and raisin scones. Embracing British tradition with a touch of innovation, the patisserie items include an indulgent Salted Caramel Snickers, Pistachio Éclair as well as Kunafe, reflecting a commitment to flavour and excellence.
This experience transcends mere culinary delights, showcasing rare teas and elegant bone chinaware. It pays homage to the cherished British tradition, seamlessly integrated to honour the sacred month of Ramadan. The Suhour Night Tea is available daily to non-members at the Lobby Lounge, from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am, and is priced attractively at QAR 210 per stand for two.
Iftar set menu will be available for non-members Lobby Lounge for QAR 250 per person.
The Suhour à la carte menu will be available for non-members at the Lobby Lounge from 8:00 pm – 2:00 am.
