Loungewear Pieces that are Made for More than Lounging

Clothing wise, 2020 was the year of loungewear. When stay-at-home orders were first put into place last spring, transitioning from traditional office wear into loungewear was an easy, and welcome change. Comfortable clothes gave just that, well comfort, in a confusing, uneasy time.

However, as the months have passed, one's affinity for good loungewear may have become a slight addiction. Raise your hand if you who spend who knows how long autonomically looking through countless sites for their latest, most elevated take on a sweatsuit! While most sweats made the cut in the earliest days of the pandemic, time (and the great outdoors) has taught us to be more discerning. No matter how cool or comfy they may have seemed, sweats that lacked polish inevitably can make you feel like a slob after a few wears. Cue matching sets that are as cleverly designed as they are comfortable.

This season Leem has given special attention to chic comfort. Making a statement for Spring Summer is the loungewear range, which is back and better than ever with the inclusion of “comfort dresses”. And, as always, quality is front of mind for Leem, with its unique knits, fleeces and jersey fabric with soft finishing, as well as new additions - a very special and soft Tencel, a bamboo-viscose blend and cotton jacquard, specially created for this collection.
