Experience a Michelin-starred gourmet journey at Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa this March





Chef Andrei Shmakov to host a series of exclusive dinners, March 20-27



Foodies are invited on a culinary adventure to Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa this March, with a limited residency featuring critically acclaimed Chef Andrei Shmakov. Enhancing the resort’s existing epicurean delights, guests can book exclusive Michelin-level menus for a limited period, from March 20-27, 2022.


Chef Shmakov’s proposed menu includes a medley of his signature ingredients, blending favourite dishes from both the resort and his repertoire from his repertoire of previous restaurants. Starters include tartlets with pumpkin cream, yuzu and marinated tomatoes; and French beef tartare.





Seafood is a mainstay of the menu, which offers burned salmon with seaweed, pickled cucumber and sour cream with horseradish; baked whole scallops, zucchini rolls with lobster bisque; and fish coulibiac, with Champagne sauce and caviar.


For a sweet finish, the chef offers soft cake, with sweet trumpet & porcini ice cream; as well as frozen pumpkin and sea buckthorn. Diners will of course be guided through the resort’s vast beverage selection to perfectly complement each dish, with a dedicated sommelier on hand to help curate the gourmet journey.


The Head Chef of Michelin-starred Savva at Hotel Metropol Moscow, the innovative Estonian national has helmed some of Europe’s finest kitchen’s, including Tallinn’s Kadriorg and Ribe, restaurants at the Grand Hotel Tallinn and Radisson SAS, with training at Copenhagen’s coveted noma and Chez Dominique in Helsinki.





Savva reopened in 2020 following a two-year overhaul, subsequently scoring GQ’s Best Restaurant Award later that year, and the Best Chef of the Year accolade for Shmakov by Chef’s Breakfast in 2021. Part of the award-winning Novikov Group, Savva was also recently awarded its first star by Russia’s Michelin Guide.
