Michelin star chef, Dani García, brings his fans the family Spanish lunch experience
BiBo, the dynamic and eclectic Spanish Andalusian Brasserie & Tapas, recently opened at the St. Regis Doha Hotel, will be open for lunchtime from 1 pm – 4 pm on Fridays and Saturdays starting from 28 February, bringing Doha a true Spanish lunch affair with variety of options to choose from the delectable à la carte menu.
Featuring a variety of their favourite Spanish signature dishes, the à la carte menu created by 3 stars Michelin Chef, Dani Garcia, provides the perfect opportunity for diners to get together with their loved ones, family, and friends over a warm and palatable meal.
This extensive menu includes some of Dani's favorite family dishes such as the Pollo Asado, served as a whole roasted chicken with truffle and foie grass stuffing and chicken jus, as well as the succulent Chuleton, Spanish for a rib steak, offered as a 1.5 kg Bone-in Ribeye steak with a flavorful beef sauce. The Pescado del día is also one of the Chef’s favorites being a traditional family fish meal in the inland of Andalusia.
